I love Everything about this Hotel... The Management are Very Friendly, Understanding, and Caring..The Staff Members are always Smiling They Greet everyone that walks in their Helpful, Patient and Understanding as Well..I see sum of the feedback people write and the 2 or 3 Star that they give them plus the comments from other people and I don't see any of the things they say ACCURATE... This Hotel Deserves more than a 5 ⭐ if you ask me...I haven't had a good nite sleep till I came here 2 days ago and since we lost our Home in a fire and lost everything.. I've been to 4 other hotels and they was Nowhere like this. Hotel here at all.... I just want to say u Guys rock and got my VOTE-10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Again Thank u So Much 😊

The facility was clean, the staff was sweet and helpful, and how comfortable and peaceful it was. I didn't hear a single noise coming from outside our room that night plus it is so close to MetLife Stadium which was great for our concert night, and the American Dream Mall. The grab and go breakfast was enough as well. Everything was great for us.

How the staff was very perfossional and understanding as well as perlite to me and the customer,I would recommend that you and your family stay and come thru to enjoy a family oriented environment at the Extended Stay America

Very close to NY city. Price was decent for location. Staff very friendly. Nice it hen area and clean rooms. Free shuttle service into Manhattan even though we didn't use the service. Free parking. Overall a nice stay

Front desk staff specifically Mr. Jose was great. I had left wallet on reception by mistake but it was kind enough of him to walk to my room and handover to me the same. True Gentlemen and great human being.
